VSware: Digital Communication Tool
At Killorglin Community College, we use VSware as our core digital platform to support communication between the school and parents/guardians. It provides easy, secure access to your young person’s school information – helping you stay connected and informed throughout their school journey.
What is VSware?
VSware is a secure online platform used by schools across Ireland to manage student data. It allows parent(s)/guardian(s) to view key academic and attendance information in real time.
Through your VSware account, you can:
- Check your young person's attendance records
See daily and class-by-class attendance, including any absences or late arrivals.
- Explain absences directly through the system
If your young person is absent, you can use VSware to submit a reason for their absence — saving time and ensuring accurate records.
- View timetables
Check your young person's full weekly class timetable, including room numbers and teacher names.
- Access term reports and assessments
Read school reports and track academic progress throughout the year.
- Receive updates from the school
Get notifications regarding academic performance, behaviour, or key school events.
How to Access VSware
Each parent/guardian receives unique login details from the school. If you have not received these or require a password reset, please contact the school office.
